Welcome to the law offices of Jacqueline Skay. Ms. Skay is certified by the State Bar of California as a Specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law. She also holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (LLM).

Pam Smith is the office manager. Pam comes to this office with a great deal of experience. Prior to joining our firm, she had her own bookkeeping service and managed the offices of several small businesses.

Maggie Buckley is the legal assistant. She has moved here from Chico and came to us with a glowing recommendation from her prior employer for whom she worked for the last ten years.
